The lecture Yoga & Rolfing uses the sun salutation and some of yoga asanas while paying attention to specific coordination pattern of walk, breathing and everyday movements. It is suitable fot those who seek a healthier and more meaningful alternative to fitness. A small group of 4 participants allows the Rolfer to work individually with each participant according to his or her needs and specific coordination details.
