The therapy process consists of series of sessions. Each session lasts 70 – 90 minutes and is dedicated to a specific body structure, coordination or a topic. A one or two weeks’ break is needed between each session. During this time the client and his body system have time to incorporate the changes that were made. An introductory discussion and the analysis of the client’s body structure (body reading) are a part of every session. They form the basis for creating a strategy of the therapy process, which is lead by a specialist – Certified Rolfer®.
The rolfer works with the client according to the client’s need via a touch based mobilization of the fascial network and neuromuscular introduction of more efficient movement tendencies.
